The White Lotus is the ULTIMATE Port A Beach House - 4BR/3BA, 2-story house (Finished Construction Early 2024) 1840+ sq ft (upstairs) and 750+sq ft (downstairs) enclosed game room + Pool Bar Space, accommodating 12 people. Top of the line furnishings include LoveSac, West Elm, CB2, Pottery Barn, Serena & Lily and more! This home offers a private heated pool (when needed at no additional cost) + both in/out of water seating (yes, built-in bar stools in the pool, benches and Ledge Lounger chairs!) + 6 - Seater Golf Cart, a Commercial Sonic Ice Machine (no need to purchase ice for the trips to the beach) + plethora of outdoor games (Axe Throwing, Outdoor Ping-Pong that can also serve as a dining table, Pool Basketball, Ring Toss, Cornhole & more!) and indoor arcade games like Hoop Fever, Pac-Man & Golden Tee for those overcast or rainy days! This stunning beach house is centrally located - 1min by golf cart to the local grocery store, 2 blocks to all the favorite restaurant & bar / coffee shop spots in Port Aransas and only a 4min Golf Cart ride to the beach down beach street or Avenue G! Pulling into the driveway, you will see both covered and non-covered parking. There is also easily accessible EV Charger (free charging of course!) in case you bring the Tesla or any other electric vehicle! At the front of the home there is a common area between our neighbors –home which also can be rented out in case your party needs to accommodate more then 12 people (8 Adults Max). Here you can enjoy outdoor movie night on the lawn or games like cornhole under the string lights! As you make your way to the back of this property, you will find an outdoor shower is available to rinse off before hopping in the secluded private pool! This pool will easily accommodate all 12 guests (8 Adults Max) if needed, can heat up to temps as a hot tub on cold days (at no extra charge), and in/out of water games either under the patio, on the turfed area around the pool to keep everyone having a good time. Feel free to leave the speaker at home, as you will find Sonos built in speakers throughout the house that you can easily connect to once connected on the Wi-Fi. If listening to music isn’t your thing, no worries as you will find an outdoor TV that can easily be viewed from in-side the pool – or another TV while sitting at the pool bar under the shade - perfect way to watch any sporting event! Once inside the enclosed game room/pool bar area downstairs, you will find a commercial ice machine – and not any ice but SONIC ice + Golden Tee for you Golf Lovers & Hoop Fever for the hoopsters (& of course all set in FREE Play Mode) Up the decorative staircase you will find the front door leading to an absolutely stunning living and kitchen area. The interior is not only immaculate, it is gorgeous with shiplap ceilings, quartz counters, stained white oak island, stainless appliances, and furnishings that complete this stunner like no other! The kitchen has an oversized island which is also additional dining space (the kids tend to always sit here) – 6 bar stools. The kitchen comes stocked with EVERYTHING you will need for the perfect beach vacation - pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glasses (both glass and plastic for by the pool), cups, mugs and wine glasses. Also included is a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and k-cup pod coffee maker for hot/ice coffee + drip coffee maker. Just behind the island situated in between the kitchen living area is a grand live oak dining table that comfortable sits another 8 people. This table is also perfect for accomplishing one of the many puzzles provided in the home. Open to the kitchen and dining areas is the spacious living room with a large Lovesac sectional sofa and 2-peson LoveSac bean bag to curl up and watch a large Samsung Frame flat-screen TV mounted over the fireplace. On each side of the fireplace in the living room, you will find entrances to each king bedroom suite with each bedroom having porch access that have views over the marina! Looking to take a nap after the beach before hitting the night scene, no worries used the custom blackout shades to darken the rooms at any time of the day! Each master bedroom also has their own dedicated bathroom/shower. Plenty of space for all your toiletries makeup etc. as each bathroom has a separate makeup vanity + single sink vanity. No need to pack body wash, shampoos & conditioners as we provide large pump style containers that will last you the length of your vacation! Both porch access + blackout shades On the opposite end of the house you will find the additonal 2 bedrooms. all with custom built bunks and shiplap walls from floor to ceiling! There is a lockable pocket door between these 2 bedrooms allowing you to separate the 2 bedrooms or make them in to one giant bunk room for kids! One of the rooms include 2 Twin XL bunk beds making 4 beds + a trundle bed under one of the bunks making 5 individual sleeping beds, in the other addiotnal bedroom you will find a queen size bed with a twin XL lofted bunk over. This bedroom is perfect for a third set of adults squeezing in or the bigger kids in the group of kids. Note* All bedrooms are on the same floor in case you have little ones in the middle of the night needing to find their parents in the king bedroom suites! A beautiful guest bathroom is shared between these bedrooms and offers a tub in case you have babies staying. Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 25 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. THIS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! The house is literally 1 BLOCK from the police station & the property manger lives down the street :-) Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund. Booking party must agree to sign a liability waiver that will be emailed to them before check-in!

Home Truths: • This home offers pool heat at no additional cost during the colder months • Our fireplace in the home is not allowed for guest due to liability and really the only time it can be used in Port A is in January & February when the home is shut down for maintenance each season. • Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. • FIBER HIGH SPEED WIFI is provided as a convenience; please plan to log into your own subscriptions for streaming tv on any of the Smart TV all over the house • Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our property is treated by professional pest control service every 3-4 weeks. • Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies.
